The mission of the RGV Down Syndrome Association is to build relationships, advocacy and support for individuals with down syndrome and their families in the Rio Grande Valley. They were founded by a small group of parents of children with Down syndrome. These dedicated parents wanted to provide support to other families & to promote the well being of individuals with Down syndrome within the community.
